Reunion! Zubimendi joins, Arsenal midfield trio plays for Real Sociedad in 19-20 seasons

July 7th Arsenal officially announced that Zubimendi joined the team, and the team's midfield trio Zubimendi, Merino and Odegaux all played for Real Sociedad in the 19-20 season.

26-year-old Zubimendi is from Real Sociedad youth training and has been playing for the team before joining Arsenal.

29-year-old Merino played for Real Sociedad from 2018 to 2024, and transferred to the Gunners last summer.

In the 19-20 season, Odegao played for Real Sociedad on loan for one season.
