Reporter: Bonifas will join Milan on loan, with a buyout fee of 30 million euros + a floating bonus of 5 million euros
August 21, reporter Sacha Tavolieri reported that the agreement reached between AC Milan and Leverkusen on Bonifas was confirmed as a loan + 30 million euros buyout option, plus a floating bonus of 5 million euros. This option will be converted into a mandatory buyout based on Bonifas' number of league appearances and performance this season. The player's agent has now arrived in Milan to finalize the deal details. Bonifas is 24 years old and a Nigerian striker. He played 27 games last season, contributing 11 goals and 1 assist. Currently, Germany's turnaround is worth 40 million euros.
