Porter: West Ham had a problem with his previous transfer strategy, now we have to make a decision

Last summer, West Ham spent a total of £132.5 million to introduce Soler (loaned from Paris Saint-Germain), Todibo, Somerville, Max Kilman, Phil Kruger, Wan Bissaka, Louis Guillerme, Wes Fordingham and Guido Rodriguez.
