Monaco joins hands with Mizuno to release new home jerseys for the 2025-26 season
Monaco Sports Club and its new and important partner Mizuno are honored to jointly release the home jersey that the "Red and White Legion" will wear in the 2025-26 season. In the first cooperation between the two sides, Monaco and Mizuno chose to integrate tradition and modernity, while paying tribute to the long history of the Principality club, it also injected contemporary style into it. The iconic 55-degree red and white twill design designed by Princess Grace in 1960 is still proudly presented. On this basis, the new jersey also incorporates a unique relief vertical stripe pattern. These low-key vertical stripes give the jersey a striking and unique design sense. It pays tribute to the retro jerseys worn by Monaco players before the club adopts the "twill design" - including the jerseys they wore when they won the first important trophy in team history (the French Cup) in June 1960. The Japanese style on the collar makes this new battle robe even more extraordinary. In the new season, Monaco players will wear it to compete in the French Ligue 1 and the top European event, the European Champions League, which they have been shortlisted for the second consecutive season. The redesigned Japanese collar adds a touch of modernity to the jersey. Below the collar on the back of the jersey, there is a golden word for the club slogan "Daghe Munegu" (Come on, Monaco!), which is even more dotted with a prince's crown. The golden piping at the cuffs also gives the jersey a sense of elegance and sophistication. In addition, the slender red bands visible on the front of the shoulders and on the back of the jersey also subtly echo the flag of the Principality of Monaco. Praise the club tradition Finally, the Monaco club logo decorated with traditional red, white and gold is proudly placed in the heart; and on the other side of the chest is Mizuno's "Runbird" logo, which symbolizes the brand's unremitting pursuit of precision, quality and innovation. The high-quality materials used in the jersey, especially 100% recyclable polyester fiber, also confirms Mizuno's commitment to environmental protection while providing top-notch equipment. Through this 2025-26 home jersey - the "starting work" of cooperation between the two sides, Monaco and Mizuno are praising the club's glorious traditions, while also looking forward to the future with ambition and determination. The new jersey debuted at Monaco Club and this Japanese brand jointly unveiled the new jersey through an original event based on the concept of "Inter (MA)" (balanced art). The Monaco players who participated in the promotional film perfectly interpreted this unique style and aesthetics on the Stadium of Louis II and the Coastal Avenue of Ranie III. "Red and White Legion" will debut in this new jersey in the first preseason game held at the Training Center on July 11, against the Segrabruges.
