The Blue Fox is accused again, starting with the loss of the English Championship?
On Tuesday, the Premier League officially issued an announcement to launch a charge against Leicester City Club again. The announcement stated that the Blue Foxes violated the 2023-24 Premier League Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR) and failed to fulfill their obligation to provide the Premier League with its annual accounts and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Previously, the Premier League had initiated charges regarding Leicester City's financial situation as of 2023, but the Blue Fox escaped the penalty of deduction through appeal. In April this year, the Premier League revised regulations, stipulating that even if they are relegated from the Premier League, teams that violate PSR will still be punished by the league. This week the arbitration court established this Premier League jurisdiction, and the latter's allegations have also been submitted to the Independent Commission.
