Laporta: After a historic season we bring joy to the Barcelonaists again

June 15th, Barcelona President Laporta participated in the 125th anniversary of the club and the celebration of the Millennium of Montserrat Monastery. After the event, Laporta was interviewed by the media.

Montserrat Monastery is the millennium of its birth. This monastery is also the end of two hiking routes, one of which is about 47 kilometers, starting at the John Cruyff Stadium and the other is about 6 kilometers. Laporta participated in the "stick dance" performed by the band "Cobra", visited the interior of the Juan-Ganber giant statue, and enjoyed the creative performance of the "Looking at the Sky" dance troupe.

Laporta told the media with great satisfaction: "This is one of the days that fully demonstrates the saying 'not just a club' and gives it more meaning. At the intersection of the millennium of the Montserrat Monastery and the 125th anniversary of Barcelona's founding, it was a day of friendship. At the same time, we held this event, and Barcelona fans also came to participate."

Laporta also emphasized the participation of Barcelona fans. He said: "What they did is admirable. Come to Montserrat and offer our 125th anniversary to the Virgin Mary, especially after a historic season. The journey is really not short, and I believe this trip enriches their spirit and exudes a lot of emotions. In addition, we have brought joy to the Barcelonaists again."
