Bild: Both Stan and Gnabry have resumed training, but their participation in the Champions League is still doubtful

Hupu News, October 20: After defeating Borussia Dortmund 2-1 in the Bundesliga, Bayern Munich took a day off and resumed training on Monday afternoon to prepare for the upcoming Champions League home game against Club Brugge. Two exciting news for the day during training on Sebena Street!

Josip Stanisic returns to the team. The defender trained with Vincent Kompany's side for the first time nearly five weeks after partially tearing the medial ligament in his right knee. Stanisic took part in a 20-minute training session (warm-up and passing drills), and then he went to the adjacent pitch - apparently still having some knee problems!

The Croatian player walked up to team doctor Dr. Jochen Hane on the pitch and showed his injured right knee to the Bayern Munich team doctor. He also did a lunge. After missing the game against Dortmund, the defender seems unable to fully adapt to the Brugge game!

Although Serge Gnabry (adductor problem) has returned to the court and trained with the team, he only conducted individual training with rehabilitation director Sommer. His training consisted mainly of jogging, a few tempo runs, relaxed coordination exercises, and a few laps around the court with the ball. It remains uncertain whether the attacking star will return for Brugge's final training session on Tuesday afternoon and whether he will be able to return to the squad on Wednesday. Currently, the attacking star is the replacement at No. 10 for Jamal Musiala (fractured fibula).
