Another 22 people in Baofeng County, Henan became second-level referees in goal balls

On July 16, the awarding ceremony for the second-level referee certificate of the goal ball in Baofeng County, Henan Province was held at the Baofeng County Old Cadre Activity Learning Center.

Han Fu'an, Chairman of Baofeng County Elderly Sports Association, Qu Xianchang, Vice Chairman of Pingdingshan Gate Football Association, Deputy Secretary-General and Referee Shang Songzhi, and Deputy Secretary-General and Vice Referee Mao Guixia. Leaders including Lu Caiying, Chairman of Baofeng County Gateball Association, attended the meeting.

It is reported that in order to ensure the quality of the goal ball referee, in this second-level referee training, the course content is rich, covering various aspects such as goal ball rules and referee methods, and a large number of practical links have been set up, effectively improving the students' referee ability. After training and assessment, 22 comrades including Li Hongwei were approved as second-level referees in the goal ball event. Subsequently, Shang Songzhi, referee of Pingdingshan Gate Football Association, issued them a referee certificate. In his speech, Liang Baozhong, referee representative, said that the referee is the "judge" of the goal ball game and fairness is the criterion. He called on all referees to unite and be dedicated, learn from each other, continuously improve their referee level, and contribute to the development of Baofeng's goalkeeper's career.

Lu Caiying, chairman of Baofeng County Golf Association, put forward three expectations for the new referees, hoping that they will keep their responsibilities in mind, take verdicts fairly; continue to learn, improve their skills; inherit the spirit and serve the public.
