Pacers rookie Cam Jones was arrested after police stopped him and drove off, triggering a highway chase.

On October 21, local Indiana reporter Ashton Hackman reported that the Pacers’ No. 38 rookie Cam Jones was arrested after a brief chase on Interstate 65 in Indianapolis.

The Indiana State Police said a patrol officer attempted to stop Jones for allegedly "driving erratically." Police said Jones initially did not pull over but instead drove off, prompting a brief police chase before he was eventually stopped at the nearby Fletcher Avenue exit.

The Pacers issued a statement: "We are aware of the situation involving Cam Jones. We are gathering more information and will have no further comment on this matter at this time."
