Kidd: We need to get the ball in Flagg s hands better at the end of the game
Hupu News November 15th NBA Cup group match, the full game between the Clippers and the Mavericks has ended. The Clippers defeated the Mavericks 133-127. After the game, Mavericks head coach Jason Kidd was interviewed by reporters and talked about Flagg's performance. Kidd: He performed well, he was very aggressive and helped us equalize the score. We put the ball in his hands. We need to do a better job of getting the ball in his hands at the end of games. He struggled a little bit in that period and had a couple offensive opportunities, but once we found the opportunity, he took advantage of it and scored. He tried his best. He got some good shots. Defensively I thought he performed well as well. Mavericks player Cooper Flagg played 48 minutes, making 8 of 13 shots, 0 of 3 three-pointers, and 0 of 1 free throws. He scored 16 points, 5 rebounds and 1 steal.
