Horry: The Rockets are optimistic about Shepard, but I am not his fan, and he can t even make a move in the NBA
June 4th, recently, former Rockets player Robert Horry talked about Reed Shepard on the "BigShotBob" podcast. Horry said: "The Rockets have about 5 players of the same type. You can trade 3 of them. I'm not a Shepard fan at all. They are optimistic about Shepard. I'm not a fan of him. He reminds me of the kind of person who can shoot three points in college, but his short man can't make any moves in the NBA. He is a good shooter, but he can't show it in the NBA." Shepard averaged 4.4 points, 1.5 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game in the rookie season, and his three-point shooting percentage is 33.8%. He averaged 12.5 points, 4.1 rebounds and 4.5 assists in college, and shot 52.1% from three-pointers.
